History
Zodiac is a terrorist organization. The members of the Zodiac wear blue suits, with a special yellow Zodiac sign on each of them. Some of the members wear the animal masks of the Zodiac's respective animal symbols on their suits. The exception is Scorpio, who wears a red suit, with a golden armor plate. He is the only one to have a Scorpio sign.
Scorpio formed the Zodiacs. They took over the S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier to steal the files of S.H.I.E.L.D. and to self-destruct the Helicarrier. Their plan was foiled when Spider-Man came on the Helicarrier and defeated the Scorpio along with Nick Fury's help and saved the Helicarrier before self destruction, however Scorpio escaped after revealing to Fury that he was his brother Max.[1]Paraphernalia
