History
Zeebie is a microscopic planet, so small the Silver Surfer can't detect it inherently without enhancing his cosmic senses.
When he was exploring the universe together with his companions Tiny Harold and Dawn Greenwood, Harold stopped the Surfer, having noticed this planet due to being an extrmely small being himself. Having heard cries from help from Zeebie, Harold flicked away a mote of space dust that was in collision course with Zeebie, which would've been for them the equivalent of a meteor strike.
Being so small that only he could naturally notice Zeebie, Harol deided to remain by its side and become it's guardian and protector, knowing that as dauting and lonely as it was, it was a noble task.[1]
