History

After the Scarlet Witch removed all non-tech based superpowers, Stilt Man along with M.O.D.O.K., Vulture, Shocker and Trapster broke into Kronos Building to steal the Cosmic Cube from Aleksander Lukin. Lukin was gone, but the Winter Solider was present and shot Stilt Man, who stumbled backwards out a window, killing him.
