History

The Weird Hideout In the Snow-Peaked Everest Region was the headquarters of the terrorist organization known as W.H.I.S.P.E.R. It was located near Mount Everest in the Himalayas of Tibet.

S.H.I.E.L.D. later launched a Weapon of Total Annihilation at what they thought was A.I.M.'s secret headquarters; however, Songbird, acting as a double agent for Bobby da Costa, had tricked Agent John Garrett with the wrong coordinates and the Weird Hideout In the Snow-Peaked Everest Region was destroyed instead. Meanwhile, Avenger Base Two remained unscathed and hidden within the Savage Land.
