Beetle Boy (brother)
|Origin||Mutant daughter of Janet Van Dyne and Henry "Hank" Pym in the Earth-71166 Reality|
|Creators||Alan Davis, Alan Davis|
Wasp is a Mutant, having inherited powers identical to her mother's. These likely include the following:
Size Reduction: Wasp is able to reduce her body's overall size. Her smallest size is unknown, but it is likely that she could reach the same dimensions as her mother, about 1/2 inch. Her strength was also proportionally superhuman at this size.
Flight: Wasp is able to grow biological wings from her back while reduced in size. These wings are similar to those possessed by insects, and allow her to fly. Her top speed is likely about 40 mph, much like her mother.
Wasp's Sting: Wasp's body likely produces greater amounts of bio-electricity than a normal person's. She can then harness this electricity and fire it from her hands in the form of a "Wasp's Sting" similar to her mother's Pym partical induced version. These stings likely vary in potency depending on her size, and can harm even superhumanly durable beings.
Insect Communication and Control: Wasp likely inherited her mother's ability to grow a pair of antennae from her temples that allowed her to communicate with and to control higher order insects. Because she is partnered with her brother Beetle Boy, she rarely uses this power.
Size Addition: Wasp could likely increase her size to hundreds of feet tall, with her body becoming fortified with extradimensional mass she did so. This increase in size would grant her greater strength and durability. It is likely that she rarely used this power, much like her mother.
Superhuman when smaller or larger in size with unknown limits.
She is a big target at larger sizes, and can be easily crushed at smaller ones.
