History
The Voldi Tear was an artificial world that served as the Voldi's homeplanet. It was powered since ancient times with the energy the Voldi leeched off cosmic beings such as Galactus, the Phoenix Force and the Celestials.[1] The Voldi Tear was destroyed after the Rigellian Recorder 451 removed a cloaking device named the Heart of the Voldi, which the Voldi used to hide from the very same beings they drew energy from. Without the Heart to hide the Voldi, their presence was noticed by the Celestials themselves, who proceeded to destroy the Voldi Tear.[2]
