History
Vice was one of four people who were made into cyborgs by the criminal scientist Karl Malus to act as his employees, the original Power Tools. Malus sent the Power Tools to capture Madcap, so that Malus could study his powers. However, the group were caught on camera during the kidnapping by Dollar Bill.
Dollar Bill approached Hawkeye for help, and Hawkeye clashed with the Power Tools to rescue Madcap. Hawkeye rescued Madcap, and exposed Malus's involvement, upon which Malus set his laboratory to self-destruct and abandoned the Power Tools, including Vice. Malus later employed a different team of mercenaries calling themselves the Power Tools.Attributes
