What I wanted to know was; there is a masked assassin kinda guy whom Nick Fury hires for kills where S.H.I.E.L.D. can’t be connected even remotely.
He is immune to bullets, and is speculated to be dead.
He also owes Fury a debt of some kind.

P.S : He is a bit like the character of the Phantom Stranger, and his origins aren’t mentioned at all. He does belong to Earth 616, I am sure.
