History

The Urban Alliance was a paramilitary cartel established by Mister Hyde, who hired mercenaries. He had aspirations of becoming the crime kingpin of Los Angeles, having relocated to the city because their were too many super-powered criminals and heroes in New York City. The cartel vied for power and territory in Los Angeles, starting with East L.A. To serve as their foot soldiers they established the Blue Krüe street gang. The cartel was taken down by the Ghost Rider.
