History

Tyrone fled his home in Boston for New York. He would meet up with Tandy Bowen, and after saving her from a robbery, they would become friends.

Becoming the Cloak

Tyrone and Tandy ended up being tricked by Dr. Simon Marshall, who tested the drug D-Lite on them. The drug caused both of them to end up receiving powers, Tyrone gained darkforce and Tandy lightforce. The two would consequently use their powers to escape the scientist, passing through the New York docks. However, Blackout was sent by Simon to stop them from escaping, and after a confrontation, he was defeated and arrested while Tyrone and Tandy (now known as Cloak and Dagger) left.
