Former captain in the United States Marine Corps in 1972, served for five years in the Vietnam War. For his heroism Castle is twice decorated with the Bronze Star and the Silver Star and four times with the Purple Heart. When his wife and children were killed by the Mafia, Castle declared a war on the Mafia.
