When the Tribunal, beings who considered themselves to be antibodies of the universe, took their attention to the Defenders, they would send their robot Time-Buoy #6-C to monitor the group, and Nighthawk in particular. To this extent, the robot was programmed to be an ideal woman that could get close to Nighthawk and gain his trust. Taking on the guise of Luann Bloom, the Time-Buoy would become the personal nurse of Nighthawk during a period of time in which he was crippled during the daylight hours. Ultimately, the Tribunal would capture the Defenders and "Bloom's" true identity revealed. She would be last seen being carried away by Melf the Elf with a Gun to be turned into scrap. Her ultimate fate remains unrevealed.
