History
Tim Skelly was the "political boss" of Newton City, who secretly was connected to organized crime. He was very close to local crime boss Heinie Mayers. When District Attorney Douglas was getting too close to Myers organization, both he and Skelly would frame Douglas for murder, landing him on death row.
Unfortunately, their plot would fail thanks to the intervention of the Vision, who would confront the two criminals. When Skelly would attempt to shoot the mysterious hero, he would miss and hit Myers instead, killing him. When the would arrive on the scene, the Vision would disappear leaving Skelly to try and explain why Myers was dead. He would confess to framing Douglas and be taken off to jail.[1]Attributes
