History
"Thumper" Morgan was a prisoner at Ryker's Island. He was known for his "fists of steel". During an attempted jail break, he took on Captain America and was defeated. Captain America, wanting to check how secure the prison is by trying to escape from it, ordered himself to be locked in the cell with him. Thumper immediately attacked him, but was quickly defeated. He and Deacon planned to run away by following Cap and then killing him, but Thumper wasn't as agile and was took back to his cell along with other prisoners.
