Synopsis for "Journey to the Golden Star!"Edit

Thor returns to Avengers Mansion to find Balder gone mad. So he and the rest of his party, save Volstagg, return to Asgard to confront Odin. They arrive in Asgard, only to find the Asgardians gone, and it overrun with lizardmen. They tell Thor a tale of them being former slaves of the Vrellnexians, but after the Asgardians travel to the Golden Star and defeat them, the lizardmen turn on them.

  • Heimdall is shown in a Flashback being defeated by the Vrellnexians. However, he is obviously Behind the Scenes as a prisoner on Golden Star as he rejoins his fellow Asgardians in Thor #213.
  • This issue features a letters page, The Hammer Strikes. Letters are published from Lyle Page, Stephen Gordon and Marc DeMatteis.
  • As seen on page one, this issue is Story#1351-Z.
