Overview

The Tandar-Kaan are a tribe of primitive humans that live in the Savage Land. They are expert ship builders and fishermen. The Tandar-Kaan form a community of multiple barges on the river Tabar, allowing them to move to new shores whenever they want. They moved their after a large number of the population was killed during a earthquake.
