Depowered mutants and Russian refugees

I removed the "many depowered mutants" and "Russian refugee women" from the list of residents. I know the Russian women were at Graymalkin Industries, but I have never seen anything suggesting they moved to Utopia. Also, who are these depowered mutants? It's possible that both these groups are on Utopia, but I'd prefer references before we add them. --Freyseagrove 16:40, June 3, 2011 (UTC)

Well, we know Chamber, Dani Moonstar and Jubilee were present on Utopia prior to Age of X. And there HAVE been mentions before of depowered mutants being welcomed there (I know when Cyclops first established the island, he said as much, and I believe it was reiterated in some Jubilee story prior to her becoming a vampire. I believe it was Nation X), though I'm not sure how many others have been named (if any). As for the refugees, I don't think they went to Utopia (and the recent Handbook profile doesn't mention them).
