Control systems?[]

It seems like P.E.P.P.E.R. is running the suit, and Tony is completely incapable of running it by Extremis as he previously did (short of normal motor response). Thoughts? I am not finding the stories very clear, lately. KrisCrash (talk) 22:10, August 13, 2013 (UTC)

P.E.P.P.E.R. runs the suit. Tony never run this suit by Extremis, he had this virus removed from his sytem during the Secret Invasion.

The way I understood it, the controls were just bricked, and he fixed it during Invincible Iron Man, given that Bleeding Edge armour runs by Extremis - he shows technopathy all the way to the end of the story. So this system change is by choice somehow. Anyway, I am not here to whine about Gillen's approach to continuity, it's that the article implies P.E.P.P.E.R. runs the suit during emergencies, where in fact the AI runs it all the time. The Bleeding Edge armor didn't run by Extremis but by certain type of Stark code, and Stark didn't fix Extremis, is just that because his anatomy was modified by Extremis, he could still have better interaction with technology, and he doesn't show any kind of technopathy at any point with the Bleeding Edge armor.
And by "P.E.P.P.E.R. runs the suit during emergencies" means that only during certain circunstances, she can control the suit's mobility.
