History
The Captain America II was originally an unamed Stark ship that destroyed the Freedom's Lady, the Guardians of the Galaxy's second ship, in orbit of Courg.[1] All the guardians however survived, as they managed to teleport themself on the planet just before the explosion. Later, after they battled the Starks, the Guardians took over the ship for themself. Nikki choose to christen it the Captain America II, in honor of both their first ship and the legendary shield they were seeking.[2]
