Synopsis for "The Things!"Edit

A space explorer returns to Earth with his alien wife and child. He protests, but the authorities lock the two aliens in cages. They escape and return to the man to plead by telepathy for help, but the authorities locate them once more and lock them up. The wife removes a pistol from a passing guard and shoots her daughter then herself. The man's grief is too much to bear so he confesses to the world in a suicide note that they were his family.

Satan is frustrated because too many people know of him as a trickster so he resolves to find one man with a strong desire to grant and ask for nothing in return so that people will come to trust him once more when the word gets out. Unfortunately for Satan, the man he chooses turns out to be a priest with the strong desire for Satan to die.
