Fisk became a father figure for Adriana and her brother Jaime, calling him "Uncle Wheelie". However, she and the rest of her family were slaughtered by the Hand and Lady Bullseye.[6]

Marta was a Spanish woman who met and started a relationship with Wilson Fisk when he tried to start a new life in Spain. Fisk fell in love with, as she many times made him smile at silly things, and because of the way she enjoyed life. Marta eventually allowed Wilson to meet her children, Adriana and Jaime, and even refused to learn about Wilson's past, as she prefered to simply meet the man that was trying to change. However, after some months of a happy relationship, Marta and her children were slaughtered by the Hand and Lady Bullseye.[6]
