History

Snoop was sent to spy on Captain Britain and Meggan while they were vacationing at the Braddock Cottage by Agent Peter. Peter wanted to recruit Captain Britain into the R.C.X. by any means necessary. In fact Snoop witnessed Captain Britain proposing to Meggan on the beach.

Later Snoop reported his finding to Agent Peter at Cloud Nine, who then sent the Cherubim out to collect them and bring the couple to him.

It is unknown if Snoop kept his powers or not after the other Warpies lost theirs on Otherworld, but it not likely that he did.
