History

Watchdog finds the Silver Squirrel and tried to convince him to use his Power Cosmic to help Earth. However, the squirrel chose to use his power to torment the people of Earth. No matter how many times Watchdog tried, the Silver Squirrel did not change his mind. The Watchdog gave up and turned the Silver Squirrel into a water fountain instead.
