Sara Wolfe was of Cheyenne origin. Her great grand-father was shaman of her clan who wanted to teach her the craft but she chose a different path. She became the secretary of Doctor Strange and the love interest of Dr. Strange's assistant, Wong. However, their affection could not be because Wong had been promised to another since childhood.
