History

After the Neo-Canaanites defeated the New Canannites, Nathan Dayspring learned that Stryfe used the Tinex and, with the A.D.A.M. Unit Zero, fled, traveling back in time to the late 20th century. As part of his mission as the Askani'son, Nathan returned to the 20th century to foil the plans of Stryfe and preserve Apocalypse's rise to power. Calling himself Cable, Nathan shuttled between the past and future multiple times setting-up technologically advanced safehouses all over the world. Cable's Celestial A.I., Professor, had assumed control of all of the safehouses, acting as a butler.[1]

Cable returned to his Safehouse 14, while trying to figure-out a robbery of Stryfe's Mutant Liberation Front, and was attacked, by Kane, who showed him a hologram of Stryfe taking-off his mask to reveal Cable's face. Cable and Kane agreed to go after Stryfe together.[2]

While attempting to find Cable, G.W. Bridge infiltrated Safehouse 14 and Professor served and aided him, until Cable returned. After a brief battle, Cable, Kane, and G.W. Bridge agreed to search for Cable's team X-Force. [3]

After Cable was defeated, by the Silver Surfer, he lobotomized himself and went into hiding. Six Pack found Cable at Safehouse 14, but got trapped in his mind, which was quickly fading away. However, Six Pack and Cable were eventually saved, by Deadpool and the Fixer, and returned to their bodies. [4]
