History
In this universe, Victor von Doom used Robotrons for internal security within his secret, underground lair in the United States during his scheme to build the robot Doomsman III. The A.I. controlling the base, Cynthia, used Robotrons against intruders: Should anyone do not pass the required security scan, Cynthia activated four Robotrons to capture the intruder. Should the intruder resist this attack, Cynthia then released a second wave of Robotrons along with knock-out gas that hindered the intruders' sight and activities - Robotrons were immune to the gas (although it is unclear whether they could also see through the smoke).[citation needed]
