History
Prof. Ramirez created the DIT-chip, able to digitize thoughts and electronically reproduce the images for all to see. He was kidnapped by Armada when he infiltrated the Neural Port Complex to steal the chip but was eventually rescued by Spider-Man.[1] He was then seen by Ben Reilly in the Centennial University, captured by Mysterio's hypnotic television program and eventually freed by Spider-Man.[2] Prof. Ramirez then gave Spider-Man a device to track Mysterio's TV station transmitter.[3]
