History
Prior worked for the Office of National Security, a covert operations agency of the United States government. The ONS was described as "not even officially in existence." At some point, Prior became a member of the Fold, a cabal with unknown goals. He was approached by an old colleague, Drake Trench, to see if Ashley Morelle might be a good recruit for the ONS.[1][2] (Morelle was later seen as continuing to work for Morelle Pharmaceuticals so it can be assumed she didn't take the position.[3])
