Synopsis for "Getting Ugly"Edit

A madman is murdering black citizens in New York City. Tyrone Power is on the case. He tells Cage this is not a job for him as there is no fee involved. Luke continues to hear more comments about how Luke does not care for the Black community any more.

Luke follows Tyrone Power to where the killer is being held by Army troops. The Falcon is also on the scene as well. NYPD officers are asking the troops to hand over the murderer, but there is a stand off between the two. The army feels that the murderer is under Army custody and they are awaiting orders as to how to proceed. A large crowd has gathered also urging the Army to deliver the criminal to justice. Cage and the Falcon break through the Army barricade and delivers the criminal to the waiting NYPD force.
