Synopsis for "No One Laughs at Mr. Fish!"Edit

Power Man is hired by a bunch of local truckers who have been terrorized by Mr. Fish. When Luke goes looking for Fish he finds him attempting to sabotage a truck. There Luke is shocked to find that Mr. Fish has a literal appearance to match his name. After a brief fight, Luke is knocked out by a ray gun and Fish and his minions take him to the top of a partially constructed building.
Fish explains to Luke that he was a common thug until one day he while trying to escape with a secret isotope, jumped into the East River, and mutated into a humanoid fish. He had then joined up with the Maggia which put him in his current mission. Luke manages to bust loose and fight off Fish's men, and in a one-on-one fight with Mr. Fish himself, Luke knocks him off the building and Fish falls to his death.
