Phil Loman was an owner of a real estate company that owned various properties in New York City. It was eventually determined by Iron Fist that Firebolt was being used by Loman to burn down his properties in order to collect on the insurance money. Loman was killed when the sign at the State Hotel fell on him when Firebolt was trying to burn it down.[1]
