Synopsis for "Who is the Watcher?"

Sam Alexander - the last of the Nova Corps - begins reflecting on his entire superhero career, including his origin, his father's adventures, and having joined the Avengers.

After stopping Tomazooma the Avengers came to praise Sam and although he was happy to receive the thanks he was upset Uatu didn't come down to thank him. After being told by the Avengers he only just watches and doesn't interact at all a million questions came to Sam's head. He decided to go up to ask him these questions, but also had something else in his mind.

Sam goes for another day of training with Uatu the Watcher at the Watcher's moon base. The Watcher kindly invited Sam into his home. Stumbling around the place, he ends up finding Uatu's weapons storage. He then has a pain coming through his helmet that he confessed occurs when he is in danger. He rushes to Uatu who shows Sam why he doesn't interact with people only watches. Sam asks about some of the weapons, and Uatu gives him the origin story of the Watchers. He even shows Sam what he watches in the Multiverse - all of it - using his Nova helmet. After feeling like he wasted too much of Uatu's time he tells him he must go, but not before asking him if his father is alive. Then Uatu reveals something else - Jesse Alexander is alive. Sam promptly flies out of there, happy as a lark.
