History
Upon finding his way into the Prime Universe, the Maker attempted to re-create the artificial intelligence named City in it, but due to this being a universe with natural laws more flamboyant than those of his native reality, he ended up creating a flamboyant new version of the A.I. instead. It dubbed itself O.M.N.I.T.R.O.N.I.C.U.S. (short for Organo-Mechanic Nexus-Iterated Techno-Radical Organizational Networked Intelligent Computer Unity System).[1]
O.M.N.I.T.R.O.N.I.C.U.S. later joined W.H.I.S.P.E.R, an organization the Maker strengthened with remnants of the dissolute Advanced Idea Mechanics;[6] and the New Revengers,[2] a team of supervillains gathered by the Maker to directly confront the New Avengers team assembled by Avengers Idea Mechanics.[7]
When the New Revengers attacked Avenger Base Two, O.M.N.I.T.R.O.N.I.C.U.S. was designated to exterminate Roberto da Costa, leader of Avengers Idea Mechanics. During the mission, however, the main computer where it was housed was destroyed by S.H.I.E.L.D. alongside W.H.I.S.P.E.R. HQ, resulting in its deactivation.[8]
The Maker eventually recovered a wrist unit from the wreckage and reactivated O.M.N.I.T.R.O.N.I.C.U.S. With its assistance, the Maker tried to kidnap the President of the United States, but that plan was thwarted by da Costa and Warlock, the latter of whom caged O.M.N.I.T.R.O.N.I.C.U.S. in an imitation of Air Force One's system.[9]Attributes
