Omega-Level Warp Grenades are powerful teleportation devices developed by Alpha Flight. When the Final Host of Dark Celestials attacked the Earth; Captain Marvel attempted to use Warp Grenades attuned to the Sun to rid of the invaders.[1] After Captain America was captured by the Dark Celestials, Loki subdued the Avengers and snatched the Warp Grenades from Captain Marvel's hands. Captain America threw his shield at the Warp Grenades to activate them and teleport himself, the Dark Celestials and Loki to the Sun even if it cost him his life. The plan failed, since the Dark Celestials weren't hurt by the Sun, and Loki protected himself and Captain America with a powerful magic shield.[2]
