History
Oceana is one of the 3 major cities the Eternals of Earth built after their original city Titanos.[1][2] The other two being Olympia and Polaria. To date Oceana has never been seen.
Notes
May be named in honor of Oceanus, brother of Chronos and Uranos. It also may be the headquarters of his faction, the Oceanic Watch.
