History
Nick Fury is the head of SHIELD, a top-secret peace keeping group designed to ākeep the world in one pieceā.[1]
Ten years ago father of Tony Stark was kidnapped by AIM and Fury sent a team to protect him, but they were late and a source confirmed that Howard passed away at AIM headquarters.[2]
Fury with his men and James Rhodes monitored an Iron Man mission over an AIM base, Iron Man found his father and rescued him. Tony investigated and discovered that Dugan was one of the doctors who treated his father before he passed away. Tony got mad at Fury and Fury himself got upset that Iron Man ruined the mission. Tony demanded answers, but Fury couldn't answer, Howard freaked out when he saw Fury and said he didn't want to get caught by S.H.I.E.L.D. Homer gave false information to Tony and Tony believed that Howard was trapped by AIM because S.H.I.E.L.D. he had given it to her in exchange for retrieving one of his agents. Iron Man attacked the Helicarrier and Tony met with Fury who told him the truth and denied trading Howard for an agent. Rhodey informed Tony that AIM had invaded Stark Industries and Fury decided to go help, at Stark Industries he joined Rhodey in attacking AIM and at one point prevented him from stepping on a bomb cable. They both watched as the AIM agents ran away and Fury decided to chase after them.[2]Attributes
