Mr. Shockett was a newcomer to the mobs, a fast riser, an intellect. He hired the Punisher to kill a serial killer.[1] Shockett inadvertently killed rival mobster Mr. Brazo when he confronted him.[2] The bosses allowed Shockett to maintain Brazo's network of contacts, including the Full Moon Killer, who murdered him as soon as he met him.[3]
