This item was part of Moon Knight's arsenal after he was bequeathed renewed strength and vitality after a trip to the Valley of the Kings in Thebes.[1]
The design and functionality of Moon Knight's arsenal hearkens back to the year 2940 BC. They were constructed by a time-displaced Hawkeye, who forged them in order to help the Priests of Khonshu in their struggle against the warlord Rama-Tut.[2]
