History
Dr. Lipton is a researcher in artificial intelligence and the consciousness theory . To carry out his research Dr. Lipton indebted himself with the Roxxon Cybernetic Division and when they did not obtain satisfactory results from Lipton, they slew his son Alex. Later, when Lipton was examining the Vision to correct his emotional problems due to lack of the human engrams, the minions of the Roxxon reappeared and kidnapped both he and the Vision that at the time was in a catatonic state. To recover their debts the Roxxon forced Dr. Lipton to reprogram the Vision so that he could work for them, instead Dr. Lipton endowed the Vision of the brain engrams of his son Alex who so recovered his emotional states and after waking easily defeated the minions of Roxxon and freed Dr. Lipton.
