History
When a plague turned the world's population into cannibals, Electro was one of the many supervillians who succumbed to it. He fought the infected Magneto in New York City, but the combination of electricity and magnetism caused an E.M.P. explosion, taking out all of New York City's power.[1] He was later killed and seen among the Punisher's collection of severed heads.[2]
