Max Caton was the chief accountant for the Maria Stark Foundation whose job it was to keep track of the expenditure of the Avengers to ensure they kept their tax exempt status and were not financially investigated by the government. He and Janice Imperato interviewed each of the Avengers after they battled the Elements of Doom.
