Synopsis for "The World According to... Faustus!"Edit

Spider-Man teams up with the Fantastic Four as they go toe-to-toe with the villainous Dr. Faustus.

  • Reed refers to Larry Ekler's father as "Josh" in this issue.
  • Aside from the opening followup from the previous issue where the real Spider-Man exits the scene, this story is not actually a Spider-Man / Fantastic Four team-up as billed on the cover. It's revealed to be Reed alone interacting with android duplicates of his family and an imposter Spider-Man throughout the conflict.
