Synopsis

Ghost-Spider engages Ms. Marvel and Squirrel Girl and quickly webs them up. As she tries to escape, Ms. Marvel stretch her arm and catches the wall crawler by the leg as she and her partner break free. As Ms. Marvel grows to giant size, Squirrel then pulls Tippy out of the webbing, accidentally giving her a tail waxing before sending her trusty sidekick to enact a plan M59. Squirrel Girl then engages Ghost-Spider as they climb around Ms. Marvel, who urges her friend to give her some space before the strain of being big causes her to shrink back to normal size, resulting in Squirrel Girl falling on top of her. Ghost-Spider mocks the "Unbeatable Squirrel Girl" and "Bendy" Ms. Marvel before making her exit as she crawls on the underside of the Midtown tracks.

Ms. Marvel apologizes to her friend for letting their first team-up flop. However, Squirrel Girl suggests they make up for it by fighting anime style by calling out their attacks. She then chases Ghost-Spider in an upside down crawl on the tracks and when Ghost-Spider tries to firing web-balls, Ms. Marvel catches every one, combining them all into one large web-ball that she throws back at the fugitive, missing her and causing a small explosion. Growing frustrated with their persistence, Ghost-Spider tries to glide away but Squirrel Girl performs a slingshot off Ms. Marvel and tackled her in mid-air.

Pinned, Ghost-Spider complains that she had only just got away from S.H.I.E.L.D. only to be taken down by a pair of nobodies who aren't even interested in the truth. Ms. Marvel retorts that she was supposed to be a hero until she took someone's life. Ghost-Spider pleads innocence and says that everyone was so obsessed with dishing out punishment that they never bothered to check if she was actually guilty. Squirrel Girl decides to give her the chance to explain her side of the story, promising to let her go if they believe her, otherwise she'll face the full wrath of Tippy and the Squirrel Scouts.
