Synopsis for "Family Matters (Part 2 of 4) - Confrontation"Edit

Holding his sister hostage, Tiger Shark admits he faked his illness by lowering his metabolism with his shark powers in hopes of being transferred out of maximum security, and finding himself at the Newell Institute was an unexpected bonus. The Guardsman he knocked out earlier comes to in time to get the drop on him and make him let go of Diane. With her out of the way, Stingray joins the fight, but neither of the armored warriors are able to match Tiger Shark's strength. After knocking Stingray through a wall and leaving him for dead, Tiger Shark grabs the horrified Diane so she can continue to be his hostage and escapes. When Stingray finally regains consciousness, he finds he needs to hang back long enough to stabilize the severely injured Guardsman. Once his patient is hooked up to the lab's life-support system, he heads out and dives into the ocean in pursuit of his brother-in-law.
