Named after Tony Stark's mother, this non-profit organization uses donated funds to finance various charities and renovation projects, as well as the Avengers.

However, the Foundation cut back its funding of the Avengers (although Stark has reformed the team) and recently sent a cease and desist order to the Great Lakes Avengers.
