When the king of Ur-Xanarrh seized the Cylinder of Power from Raksos B'Quen, he immediately ordered Captain Durzzak to wage war against Akah Ma'at. As soon as Conan was captured in the floating city, Durzzak drag Conan off to the torture chamber, but he was then ordered to leave by Princess Lyzala. During the aerial battle between the Bird-Men and the Man-Bats, he was eventually killed in personal combat by the Cimmerian.[1]
