History
Kenneth Turgeon is a scientist working for Hydra who apparently ran one of their laboratories under Daniel Whitehall. One of the scientists working under him was Jemma Simmons, who was secretly an undercover S.H.I.E.L.D. agent. When his superiors found out Simmons had a previous history with Donnie Gill, whose cells she was studying, Turgeon had her nervously escorted to be interrogated by Sunil Bakshi.[1] Later, when suspicion arose that someone in the Hydra offices was communication information to S.H.I.E.L.D., Hydra's chief of security Bobbi Morse, herself secretly a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent, framed Turgeon as the traitor to protect Simmons' cover.[2]
