An escaped criminal stumbles into a cave which is home to friendly lizard men. The man steals a diamond, their light source, but as he returns to the surface, he changes into one of them and he spends the rest of his days underground, shunned by the others.

Synopsis for "I Must Find Korumbu!"

A fat man who wishes to lose weight without giving up overeating goes to Korumbu for a magic potion. Korumbu tells him it is too dangerous at first, but when the fat man threatens to sick the authorities on the gypsy camp, Korumbu gives him the potion. He drinks, and passes out. When he comes to, the gypsy camp is gone, and he finds the potion has worked too well. He is constantly losing weight and if he stops stuffing his face even for a moment, he is in danger of wasting away to nothing. He spends the rest of his days searching for Korumbu.

Synopsis for "Who is the Ape Man?"

Circus strongman Bruno Storme is constantly cruel towards the animals, more specifically the ape Kazar which incurs the rage of animal tamer Pierre Duval. One day Storme challenges any man to match his strength, one man accepts and proceeds not only to surpass Storme but also knocks out and carries him away. Later the challenger is revealed to be a disguised Kazar send by Duvall who is a intelligent ape himself.
