History
Jorge Latham met Clint Barton when the latter was head of security for Cross Technological Enterprises, by whom Latham was also employed. Latham eventually designed the original Sky-Cycle for his friend, in Clint's adventuring guise as Hawkeye. When Barton was commissioned to form a West Coast branch of the Avengers, he hired Jorge to build new sky-cycles for this team, and to remain on staff at Avengers Compound as mechanic. Latham served the Avengers West Coast until their dissolution.Powers and Abilities
