History
White was a mutant who ran a cult which believed itself to be associated with Underchild but were unknowingly linked to the demon Dormammu, whom White himself served directly. While preparing for Dormammu's arrival on Earth, White decided to attempt to rid New York of Doctor Strange, causing Strange to become aware of him and his cult. White ultimately attempted to escape after Strange defeated Dormammu but was tracked down and captured with ease.[1]

Powers
White had the power to imbue others with magical abilities which he called 'mage power'. If he did not remove these abilities, however, the subject would perish after ten hours as a person who had no studied magic couldn't contain the power.[2]
Weaknesses
Unable to grant himself powers of his own or wield magic without assistance. Also shown to be lacking in intelligence.[3]
